Last 3 Years I couldn't spend any time for my workout,Running at least walk.

STEP1

The reason being as a single mom after separation I was so occupied with my kids, work, worried about my financial situation which resulted me lot of stress, demotivated my health care resulted gaining extra pounds + emotional eating.you now what emotional eating I am referring here when you are 40 nearing your periods time.Great Blessing to All Women! .

So I had to deal with lot of issues like cramping, laziness, low energy, mood swings, in-digestion, constipation, bloating etc.

I was searching for some safe solution which is not crazy, crashy, unhealthy, persistent to take care of my Health. Resulted me to try "Intermittent Fasting" at my own pace and comfort.

After Trying Intermittent Fasting for 6 weeks I could not believe the changes I experienced & could lose healthy 6-7 pounds & Believe it or not this is same technique my Grand father followed throughout his Life!
